Great place with great wi-fi, a tv, and friendly staff. They helped my elderly parents during our first visit, which I still remember fondly. I highly recommend it and will return soon.

great location but some comfort issues
I loved the proximity to shops and local pubs, allowing for easy dining options. The host was truly welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.
The overall comfort wasn't quite as expected considering the positive aspects.

Perfect spot for families
We spent a couple of nights here and had a blast! The location is super central and just a short stroll from the bus station, which is a huge plus. The staff was so welcoming, and our room fit all 3 of us comfortably. The breakfast was tasty, but the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed exploring local attractions like Loch Ness for a cruise and dolphin spotting trips. The owner was super nice and helpful, making our stay smooth. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was tasty. Just a heads-up, the water pressure in the shower could use some improvement, but overall, a fantastic experience.
The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

I really loved my stay at Roseneath. The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make sure everything was just right. The location felt perfect, just a quick walk into the town center. Breakfasts were tailored to our preferences and always delicious. I appreciated the fresh Scottish ingredients used each morning. My room felt comfortable, clean, and had a cozy vibe. the shower pressure could have been better. It felt quite low. some of the toiletries were nearly empty, which didn’t meet my expectations. a lovely place with some minor issues that didn’t overshadow the positive experience.

Breakfast isn't included in the stay, and at £12.50 a head, it's a bit pricey compared to local options at a nearby pub. The bathroom amenities were lacking—a single bottle of shampoo with no body wash, and the towels felt more like hand towels than bath towels. the narrow, steep stairs made hauling luggage a workout. Plus, that 10am check-out can be a real squeeze if you’re not a morning person.
